State-Of-Art Tool & Die Shop

We have an in-house tool room facility with all required machines, software and a skilled team to support tooling requirements and production development.

Surface Treatment Facility

We are equipped with in-house facility for all types of surface treatment, enabling better quality control, process co-ordination and production readiness under one roof.

CO2 Welding Setup

We have more than 100 CO2 welding machines, supporting high-volume welding operations with dependable throughput and process capability.

Press Line

We have more than 200 press machines ranging from 50 ton to 1000 ton, supporting a wide range of production requirements with scale, flexibility and precision.

Progressive Press Line

At VRM, we have installed 13 progressive lines ranging from 63 tons to 630 tons.

Robotic Pick & Place

Our automated pick-and-place system improves material handling efficiency, supports smoother line flow and helps reduce manual intervention across production operations.

Robotic Welding

Our advanced robotic welding and spot-welding setup delivers stable process control, consistent weld quality and repeatable production performance for high-volume manufacturing.
